My first manic break was at age 21. Since then I have been on a number of medications before finding what seems to be the best mix; Lamictal and Abilify.I still get breakthrough mania and depression, though usually not severe. I enjoy the Forum and frequent the chat room.

Revy, yes I am. Officially diagnosed with Manic Depression in 1915. Today my classification is Bipolar 1

random update:
doubled seroquel dosage. still not sleeping.
2 wks ago i had a crazy paranoid thought, 1week ago- found out it totally happened.
how do i know whats real and whats not anymore? now every time i have a random paranoid thought i think its real. im trying to down play it, but i cant stop thinking about it.
